Asphalt is porous and can be damaged by rain, ice, road salt, sunlight and chemicals such as oil and gasoline.  Consistently sealcoating your driveway with a protective seal helps extend the life of your investment by stopping the damaging effects that cause asphalt to become dry and brittle.

1. We begin by removing any vegetation from all edges and cracks.
2. Next we remove any dirt/debris from the entire area to ensure a strong adhesion to the surface.
3. If needed, we treat oil/gas marks with Petro Seal to prevent bleed through.
4. Then fill in cracks 1/4" - 1 1/4" in width to prevent any further ice and water damage.
5. We carefully hand apply sealer near buildings, sidewalk, concrete, etc. to prevent any over spray.
6. Finally, we apply the sealant to the asphalt resulting in a dark, attractive finish. 

We will apply fresh striping to your parking lot including single lines, double lines, handicapped space markers, direction arrows, no parking, drive thru, and stencils.

We can repair small pots holes upon request for an additional cost.
